Even rough recordings are welcome. If you can record it, describe it, or sing it—we can work with it.
Your submission is listened to carefully. We assess what the song needs — musically and technically — so our recommendation is based on the actual material, not a guess.
We reply personally with the service that fits, what we'd broadly do with the song, and anything technical worth flagging. Not sure which service you need? That's exactly what this step is for.
Happy to proceed? We send a formal QuickBooks estimate for the recommended service: the fixed price, what's included and the typical turnaround. No obligation until you approve.
Approve the estimate and we'll issue your invoice. Your turnaround clock starts once payment is confirmed and we have everything we need to begin.
Depending on your service, this may include: arrangement, production development, editing, instrumentation, vocal production, mixing & mastering.
Modern production tools help us work quickly and explore ideas — but every creative decision is made by an experienced producer. Individual production stems are included as standard on every service.
For Release Production, we first agree the production blueprint — arrangement, structure, instrumentation and overall direction. That agreed production then becomes the blueprint for a detailed rebuild, with key instrumental parts professionally performed or re-recorded.
(All other services go straight into production and review.)

Repair, replace and rebuild the parts that are holding your track back. For existing demos and productions that need targeted intervention — guitars, bass, drums, keys, synths or other elements — while preserving the musical direction you already like.
Covers up to four principal problem stems. If most of the production needs rebuilding, we may recommend Release Production instead.

Not simply a bigger Memo to Master — the defining feature is replacing key generated elements with professionally performed parts.

No. The assessment tells you whether we can help, which service fits, any obvious technical issues, and what we'd broadly do. It doesn't include rewritten lyrics, new chords, detailed arrangement plans, demo generations or free production samples — that work belongs to the production services.
Memo to Master (£250): turn an existing idea — voice memo, rough demo or unfinished song — into a complete production. Made for You (£350): an original song created from your story, memories or lyrics. Track Rescue (£450): repair or replace up to four problem stems in an existing production. Release Production (£1,250): a full multitrack rebuild with key parts professionally performed, for commercial release. The Artist Plan (£450/month) delivers at least three songs over three months. Quoted times are typical rather than guaranteed and begin once payment has been confirmed and we've received all the files, recordings and project information required to begin. Projects needing client feedback, additional musicians, replacement vocals or other third-party contributions can occasionally take longer — we'll always let you know if that's likely to affect your schedule.
After you've approved your QuickBooks estimate. You submit for free, we review your song and recommend the right service, then send an estimate. Approve it and we'll issue the invoice — payment confirms your project slot and starts the turnaround clock. The Artist Plan is billed monthly over a three-month minimum (£1,350 total commitment).
Yes. Individual production stems are included as standard with every service, alongside WAV and MP3 delivery and instrumental versions. Release Production also includes an acapella where appropriate.
Human-led. Technology-assisted. AI-assisted tools may be used to develop arrangements, explore instrumentation and create or replace individual production elements where they improve the result. They do not replace the producer: a human producer listens to every project, makes the creative decisions, and finishes the song. For Release Production, key generated elements are replaced with professionally performed parts.
Track Rescue covers up to four principal problem stems. If most of the production needs rebuilding, we'll usually recommend Release Production instead — we'll advise after listening to what you've sent.
£450 per month for a three-month minimum (£1,350 total), with at least three completed songs. The target is roughly one song per month, and where complexity and production capacity allow we may complete additional songs at no extra plan charge — though extras aren't guaranteed. Up to four professionally performed replacement instrumental stems are included across the whole plan, used wherever they make the greatest difference. Professional session lead singers aren't automatically included but can be arranged separately.
Yes — that's Made for You. Send completed lyrics, a few ideas, or simply tell us about the person and the occasion. We'll help shape the story, develop the lyrics and create the music and production around it. Ideal for weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, memorials and retirements.

Because you only pay after receiving our recommendation and approving a QuickBooks estimate, this rarely comes up. If you change your mind after paying but before production begins, contact us and we'll do our best to resolve it. Once active work has started, refunds are no longer available due to the custom nature of music production services.
